Where's my package?

- Every order comes with a tracking number that will be sent to you once I ship. You'll be able to access this tracking number whenever so you can keep track of your parcel's location.

Shipping?
- I normally ship items out within the same week of purchase. This is to ensure that you get your package as soon as possible, which is helpful especially if it's a gift for a loved one. Please allow up to 4 weeks for you to receive your package. 

Returns & Exchanges?
- All sales are considered final - at this time, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Most, if not all, of my items are fragile and I do my best to package them accordingly. However, your package may become broken during transit which I can never predict, nor can I control. 

Are your bugs ethically sourced?
- Yes, always! I do not kill any of my insects and specimens to make my bug "taxidermy". I find my specimens naturally and acquire them from friends and family who find them outside. I also attend fairs and festivals where collectors from all around the world sell and trade their own ethically sourced specimens.
